The Women in Mining Leadership Master Mind is a 6-month leadership development journey crafted exclusively for women in the mining industry who are ready to rise into positions of greater influence, confidence, and impact. This transformational program is designed to break down barriers, challenge limiting beliefs, and equip participants with the emotional intelligence, communication tools, and conscious leadership strategies needed to thrive in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Through monthly virtual workshops and an optional coaching tier, this program fosters personal growth, professional advancement, and a community of support for women who are shaping the future of mining.
